Dear Scott, Sir or Madam:
I recently inquired about selling a property and was contacted by Scott Gregory. Scott gave me a complete detail of the market trends in the specific area in which I was selling and gave me the approximate value of the home I wanted to sell.
I had told Scott that I had a potential buyer for the property and he indicated that he would exclude that buyer from the listing agreement, and that if that buyer bought the property, then there would be no fee to him or your company. Even knowing that I might sell the property to another party and that he might not gain any commission on the sale, he continued to keep in close contact with me and clearly had my best interests at hand, regardless of whether he made a sale or not.
Scott continued to provide information to me on a regular basis and consistently asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I received timely email responses and phone calls to any questions I had for him. I never waited more than 24 hours in receiving responses from him, and more than not, I received answers in less time.
Scott not only exemplified his abilities and knowledge in his field, but in my experience with realtors in the past, he far exceeded any expectations and service I had previously received from prior transactions from other real estate companies.
I found it quite admirable that Scott would assist me as he did, even knowing that I might sell my property on my own without using his services. In fact, as it turned out, I did sell the property to the buyer I had first mentioned to him, and even after that occurred and without any commission involved, Scott still contacted me to ask if there was anything he could assist me with.
This type of personal attention is a testament to Scott's unique and unending goal of customer service. If I were to either buy or sell another property in the future, I assure you that Scott Gregory would be my realtor.
